“The actual event was spectacular! However, the pick up time was very poorly communicated. Everything in my inbox and on the app said that they were picking us up at 11, but they showed up at 10. They almost left without us. It was very stressful - running to the lobby, begging them to wait for my husband and son. I would also recommend to the organizer that they prohibit cell phone calls. On the way back from the excursion, three different families were on speakerphone with other family members doing FaceTime and phone calls. It was so distracting and disrupted the peace of the excursion.”

“The employees are amazing and we saw multiple whales just as promised. The boat is beautiful. But it is very challenging to walk on the boat and the rail on the luxury boat low. Older adults or anyone with disabilities should be careful. I am recovering from cancer and I almost fell over board. It’s very easy when the rail goes to your knee or lower. Be careful. Hotel said it dangerous. But we loved it!! Perfect for young adults. I’d never take kids on this one. Ever.”

“We really enjoyed our visit to Isla Mujeres. The crew on our catamaran was very friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of other people snorkeling at the same time as us but the crew made sure we were all doing ok. The lunch was nothing special but it was fine and there were plenty of drinks available throughout the trip. We really enjoyed the downtown area of Isla Mujeres.”
