“The tour was not as advertised. The sites were great and I believe our guide made a good effort to engage the group with good information about the sites, but there were a few major issues. First, the night before our tour, we were informed that we need to be ready for pickup by 6:50 through their automated text messages. We waited for almost an hour and no one came and it was only until I called their representative then that they informed us that our pickup time is ACTUALLY 7:50.
