“Excellent time operating the speed boat through the lagoon! It was great to learn how to operate a speedboat properly…no pedals…gas or brake. Watch your speed because the person in front of you may slow down unexpectedly. Had to take a star off because they contacted me 90 minutes nefarious departure to say they couldn’t make it to my hotel due to logistical issues. I booked the excursion back in March, so surely they knew of these issues well before 90 minutes to departure. The initial Mayan celebration was a nice touch…well worth it.”

“Beautiful boat..very clean. Transportation to Cancun from Playa was right on time. Organized getting us onboard. Boat staff was friendly. Not 5 stars for a couple of reasons: there were families with young kids and music being played was explicit; floating mat was older and worn and did not float above the water once u laid on it; sandwiches were good but there was nothing else offered..chips, pretzels or other snack would have been a nice add. Reset action calls out ‘Life Jackets’. Only waist belts were offered so I didn’t feel secure to snorkel..also, water was rough and distance the snorkelers were taken from the boat was way to…”

Our guides did a great job letting us know when we had to get ready to get into the water, and then they allowed plenty of time to leisurely look at the reef and the underwater statues. We also loved the lunch stop which was fresh grilled fish and learned it was mackerel. It was delicious! I also really appreciate they were willing to refund one of my tickets. My son got sick with a stomach bug the night before our excursion, and he could not make the event.…”
