“The tour was not as advertised. The sites were great and I believe our guide made a good effort to engage the group with good information about the sites, but there were a few major issues. First, the night before our tour, we were informed that we need to be ready for pickup by 6:50 through their automated text messages. We waited for almost an hour and no one came and it was only until I called their representative then that they informed us that our pickup time is ACTUALLY 7:50. At the end, we didn't get picked up until well past 8am. I am not sure why there is…”

“Everyone was kind and helpful. The bus ride was comfortable. The food after was pretty ok too. Once getting to the site I would ask for your ticket. We decided to use the bathroom at gate 2 and they wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t have the site ticket. So make sure and get that. We had to buy another one to get back in. I would also suggest that starting early at the moon pyramid would make more sense. By the time we got there it was crowded. These are just my ideas but still I enjoyed it.”
