“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

“My ride from my hotel to the airport was just the opposite of when I arrived in Cancun. Zero communication! The app had me put in my airline departure information, but I never received a time that I would be picked up. I attempted three different times to contact someone and ask about my pickup. I finally received an answer the day before departure that it would be 1:00 p.m. I responded back to them that I was concerned that that was not enough time.
