“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

“Was easy to find Eliter sign after exiting the airport. There were at least two there waiting from the company. Our driver was super nice and had cold beers and water waiting. We felt safe driving and he confirmed our round trip pick up when he dropped us off. Pick-up was equally great. Our driver was there a half hour early and we were ready early so it worked out well. He new a short cut around the traffic which was nice to not have to wait in traffic. Great experience all around.”
