“There are a lot of folks in town who will offer trips to Coronado Island, but Arjenio and his business associate really know what they’re doing. Our trip was on a windy day so they moved our departure from 9:00 am to 8:00 to avoid the worst of it. This was no problem for us, and only 4 of us total on the boat. As we approached the island Arjenio apologized but said the swells were already too big and had to cancel our island visit. Amazingly it turned into a whale- and dolphin-watching trip instead: saw several water spouts and fluke tails from Humpbacks, and lots of dolphin babies…”

“Had a great time until we got off the boat and the owner/manager, Pancho said we must pay him for park entrance fees. when I booked the reservation online, it stated that was included in the price I paid. But I will still give this trip a good review because Javier was a good boat captain and showed us some beautiful wildlife including seals and thousands of dolphins. And the beach was so nice where he dropped us with our lunch and drinks which was also included in the price. If you book this trip, be prepared to deal with Pancho trying to get more money from you. Definitely not…”
